Hey, I'm Alex!
I specialize in helping young athletes and men build the confidence and mental resilience to compete boldly — not just on the field, but in every area of life. Drawing on the principles that drive the world's greatest champions, I help you develop unshakeable self-belief, commit fully to your goals, and fall in love with the process rather than being paralyzed by the outcome. Champions aren't born — they think differently, choose confidence over doubt, and refuse to let the fear of failure define them. I coach that this same mindset shapes great humans too — those who take risks, embrace challenges, and show up fully in every room they walk into.
I know what it feels like to be held back by your own mind and self-limiting beliefs. I spent years struggling with the fear of failure, doubting myself, and never quite feeling like I had the confidence I deserved — even when the ability was there. The turning point came when I finally let go of the need to be the best and allowed myself to fail. Not once, but repeatedly. And it was in those failures that everything changed. I learned that failure isn't the opposite of success — it's the path to it. That shift in thinking transformed not just how I competed, but how I lived. And now, it's the foundation of everything I do with the young men and athletes I work with. A few things I've learned the hard way: Confidence isn't something you wait to feel — it's something you choose. I had to learn to act in spite of the doubt, not after it disappeared. The fear of failure was always louder than failure itself. The anticipation of failing was costing me far more than the failure ever did. You can't play freely when you're trying not to lose. Once I stopped protecting myself from failure and started competing to win, everything opened up. Who you are when things go wrong tells you everything. Failure stripped away the ego and the excuses — and that honesty was the beginning of real growth. Now, I don't take myself too seriously, I learn from failure rather than waiting for it, and I continue to understand what it means to be truly confident. I have big goals and want to continue to push athletes and young people to believe in themselves — no matter what.
I love playing anything competitive — particularly sports! I have coached youth sports teams and done 1-on-1 training for over ten years. I have 7 siblings — never a dull moment. I am recently married with a baby on the way! I lived abroad in Europe for three months and loved the culture, food, and experiences.
