Hi, I'm Coach Alycia!
I'm a confidence coach who helps middle and high school girls break out of overthinking, perfectionism, and comparison so they can actually take action and feel proud of their lives.
I used to live almost entirely in my head-constantly second-guessing myself, comparing to other girls, and feeling like I was never quite enough. I had big goals, but I'd either overplan or burn out trying to do everything perfectly. It was exhausting. Everything started to shift when I learned how to take small, consistent action instead of waiting to feel ready. Through coaching, I built real confidence-not from getting everything right, but from showing up even when things felt messy. That's what led me to running, hiking, traveling, and pushing myself in ways I never thought I could. Now, I coach girls to do the same. My approach is very practical-we don't just talk about confidence, we build it through action, habits, and mindset shifts that actually stick.
I struggled most with overthinking, comparison, and perfectionism. I would spend so much time planning or worrying about doing things 'right' that I wouldn't take action at all. I also tied my worth to how I performed-if I failed or fell short, it felt personal. The biggest shift came from learning: Done > perfect (progress builds confidence), small daily action instead of all-or-nothing thinking, action creates motivation (not the other way around), and resilience mindset-falling off track isn't failure, it's part of growth. I also started using tools like time blocking, realistic goal-setting, and prioritizing fewer things at once so I could actually follow through. Now, I'm much more consistent, confident, and grounded. I still have big goals, but I know how to take action without burning out or getting stuck in my head. I trust myself to follow through-and that's what I help my students build too.
