Hey, I'm Coach Caleb!

About Me

I'm a performance and mindset coach who helps middle and high school boys build confidence, discipline, and resilience so they can pursue big goals and become the best version of themselves both on and off the court.

My Story

I'm currently a student-athlete at Benedictine College where I'm studying Business Management and Psychology while competing in collegiate basketball. Balancing academics, athletics, and leadership roles has taught me firsthand what it takes to stay disciplined, manage time well, and keep showing up even when things get hard. Growing up in a military family, change was constant. Because of that, I often struggled with confidence and feeling comfortable in new environments. I had to learn how to adapt quickly, meet new people, and find my place again and again. For a long time, I believed confidence was something you were either born with or you weren't. But over time I realized something powerful: confidence is a skill that can be built. Everything started to shift when I stopped waiting to feel confident and started taking action instead. Through sports, school, and personal growth, I learned that confidence grows through effort, discipline, and learning from failure. Basketball played a huge role in shaping who I am today. The game taught me how to compete, handle adversity, work as part of a team, and keep pushing forward even after tough losses. Those lessons translate far beyond sports. Now, I coach young men to do the same. My approach is practical-we don't just talk about confidence, we build it through action, habits, mindset shifts, and learning how to face challenges head-on. Growing up, I struggled most with confidence and feeling comfortable in new environments. Moving often as part of a military family meant constantly starting over-new schools, new teams, and new people. At times I doubted myself more than I should have, especially when facing challenges or setbacks. The biggest shift came from learning: confidence is built through action, not waiting to feel ready; failure isn't something to fear-it's one of the best teachers; growth comes from leaning into challenges instead of avoiding them; and discipline and habits create long-term success.

Interests & Hobbies
