Hi, I'm Coach Isaac!
For much of my life, I struggled with procrastination, anxiety, perfectionism, and following through on the goals that mattered most to me. What made the biggest difference was having mentors and coaches who invested in me — people who shared their wisdom, challenged me, and helped me grow. Over the past five years, that guidance has transformed my life so much that I hardly recognize the person I used to be. Because of the impact those relationships had on me, I'm passionate about paying it forward. I love sharing what I've learned and helping young people build confidence, overcome the mental barriers holding them back, and follow through on the life they want to create.
I struggled most with procrastination, anxiety, perfectionism, and following through on the goals I set for myself. I often knew what I wanted to do, but I would overthink things, put pressure on myself to do everything perfectly, and sometimes delay taking action. The biggest shift came when I had mentors and coaches who helped guide me. They challenged the way I thought, shared wisdom from their own experiences, and helped me learn how to take consistent action even when things weren't perfect. Over time, I began building habits that helped me move forward instead of staying stuck in my head. I learned that growth comes from taking small steps, learning from mistakes, and continuing to show up. Now, I help the students I coach do the same — build confidence, push past mental barriers, and follow through on the goals that matter most to them. I have learned a forward-moving peace that allows for focus and progress without the pressure and guilt I always felt before. I am far more confident and focused, and I continue to be inspired by my own mentors who helped me get here so much faster than I could have on my own.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me outdoors — running, hiking, or exploring somewhere new. I love road tripping, traveling to national parks, working from coffee shops, listening to music, and spending time outside here in Colorado.
